After two decades in designing heavy-duty welding and cutting machines to process PVC-coated textiles, we developed the SM-325-HA, a digitally controlled, multiple tool welding station with conveyor belt for the fully-automatic and continuous production of truck curtains, anti-vandalism curtains, and roofs.
Technical Details
SM-325-HA reduces the time needed to manufacture a truck curtain from many man hours to merely a few minutes. Since its inception in 2010, the machine has improved functionality that make SM-325-HA the extremely efficient, highly accurate manufacturing solution for quality truck curtains it is today.
SM-325-HA can process from the jumbo roll or with individual pre-printed or pre-cut panels. Customized software programs make the SM-325-HA a high-performance manufacturing solution that can be managed by operators of any skillset.
